Before you get into push up position, push off the ground by doing a Front Handspring. (optional) Before you go over in the handspring, you back straighten your back and fall on your back. That's the "omega bomb" (I dunno why they call it that, the guys name who invented it was "BBoy Omega.") Even though you might not be able to do it, this move is broken up into different moves. | overload combo [Prophet] | define | - this is a useful 3 kick combo. Its a pretty good combo for keeping distance, and pretty easy too.
Firstly, get in a 'L' stance with your kicking leg as the BACK LEG, (ie, my right is my kicking leg, so it is at the back) then do... a turning inner crescent (turn to ur left) then when u have the target behind u leap and do a jumping turning (still to the left) inner crescent (it should hit the same target as the standing inner crescent, then when u land, do a jumping outer crescent (with the same leg again) turning to the right (if u are using the right leg)..therefore its .... #(turning) inner crescent (if u use right leg to kick, turn round left) #the same, but a JUMP turning inner crescent #jump turning outer crescent (with right leg still, but now turning to the right). [Prophet]

| PARHAM [Parham] | define | - This move is invented by me and it´s pretty easy. But I haven´t seen anybody do it except me. You do a folha seca (gainer or whatever you wanna call it) but instead of just doing a backflip you put you´re hands down and do a back handspring. Basiclly. It´s a gainer with hands.
