Ok, I've read everywhere about how to do 180 back flips, but ive never seen anything on 180 forward flips. Is it impossible to do or something? Any information/tips/whatever would be appreciated.
depends on what the flip is...if your body is straight it looks like a no hand round off that i call an Aerial...or if you body is bend at the waist its called a Misty flip...misty flips are easier.

1)Jump as you would for a back flip. 2)When you reach your peak turn 180 into a front flip whilst pulling your shoulders down. 3)Complete the front flip and, volia

I just learned my half today,I also just learned my Armada Dupla today,by myself no spot,no advice,just mats.Im so happy! Anyways,half's are rather easy to do,but its a different story landing them.I reccomend trying it from a roundoff,momentum makes things so much easier.To do it: 1)Get a long running start. 2)Then do a fast round-off. 3)Then jump as if you were doing a tuck or layout,throwing your arms up,jumping straight up,dont twist right off the start. 4)you wanna twist right in the middle of your flip,right when your up-side down 5)to twist you bring your arms in the same direction your flipping you twist with your sholders and hips. 6)You shouild land facing the opposite direction,you land as if you were doing a frontflip.You might land on your butt a few times but the higher you jump and the faster you spin will make you land better.

Now, I want u to know i'm not really good at headsp ins, but i'm practising it and I will describe to u the best I can. 1.) First of you'll have to find u r "sweet spot". this is the place on ur head where y ou'll be spinning. Practise head stand untill u c an stand for approximately 3 seconds relatively comfortable.
2.)Then you'll have to wind ur self upin the direction that feels most comforta ble to u (notise u will not spin this way, you'll sp in the opposite way). Then find balance (a good wa y here is to push off with ur hands until u feel u wil l fall over if u push more) and kick off.
3.)On ce you've got 1-2 spinns down just wind ur legs bac k up, put ur hands down and kick again.
4.)Whe n you've gained enough speed just put arms and leg s out and slowly pull them in to keep ur speed.
5.)And finally, when ur spinn is finished, put ur hands down, stop the rotation and get down with ur feet.

Has anyone seen this video around anywhere or ha ve the link? It has this guy who can do so many flips so high and then just reverse direction it is craz y! He backflips off walls and backflips to kick so ccerball even further. If anyone knows has a link to this vid id appreciate it!
i can do almost any flip there is, ther ei ssome i c an't do, but i need to know how to do a back half, and i can't get it, its like impossible for me to spin 1 80 degrees while im upside down, i know how to do fr ont twist to but its way easier thana back twist
