suicide front by chase on 2001-07-24i'm not in kuk sool but for everyone that is or knows good falling skills when landing these you eather want these to look like a back fall were your heels hit the ground slightly before you land and a nice smack from the hands. Or make it look like a front diving roll it takes away a lot of the pain.

FUN by Mike on 2003-07-26I love to do the front flip.. i can jump over trash cans and other stuff... and it is not so hard..first time i did land on my butt all the time..but soon i learn how to do...if you are scared, you can first use a mattres or something you can land on that is soft...the secret is do every trick is to "NOT" "GIVE" "UP"...=)
front flop by right now 5 degree black on 2003-07-30To master this technique try doing it on a trampoline first, it will never hurt and it gives you an extra boost. Once you can do a 1 and a half flip on a trampoline, you can for sure do it on the ground.
