Kick with your left foot/right, (which ever one you feel comfortable with) then if your opponent grabs it, put all your force in the other leg and do an aerial kick to the face. You should drop to the ground.
samthing that culd be helpfol for yure spin is a albow pansh (wit the rait arme if u kick weit the rait leg), dat wil aelp yue wit yur spin. its wil maek is stronger and faster
the only way to learn is to practice as much as possible. wake up one or two hours earlier every morning to practice. your training should include a warmup that is challenging yet within your ability, flexibility training, power training and speed training. by doing all this early in the morning you will feal great fo the rest of the day. attend regular martial arts classes (the masters had to learn the hard way too take their advice). nothing beats real experience so when you think you're ready enter tournaments. dont get depressed over your mistakes, learn from them and try not to do them again but dont worry if you make the same mistake twice. read plenty of books written by other martial artists. set yourself goals which are challenging yet possible to do and most importantly have fun.

MOstly these kicks don't even exist and anyw ay in a real fight who would use these crazy shit!! !
i did kenpo for a while and i went to a compitition against this style it was frican awesome were do i gota go to get into this style i gota try this thing
i have a gymnastic background and a karate background seems like i would be set to do this style pretty easy
