start on opposite leg that you do a normal butterfly twist and spin 1 and a half rotations so if you were to start on your left leg, then try starting on your right and land on your left 1.5 rotations!
I just got back from the gym (gymnastics type) where we practice all our tricks. This is one move that my friend and I are working on. My friend did the trick and over-rotated, landing in a split (keep in mind, he can't split). I went next and under-rotated, belly-floping the floor.
