i was trying out my french I skills. lol, anyways I was thinking about this one day and I realized that you DON'T want to do into this like an aerial. But a RIDICULOUSLY HIGH butterfly kick, like those psuedo aerials that are really high b kicks. And do a b twist out out that, i think that's how it works... I haven't tested this yet though.
I think that the most important part of this trick is time...simply time in the air to perform the twist. From an aerial this can cause problems, coz before you know it you have landed. What works for me is by performing the aerial with a swinging motion from the arms, this gives you loads more height and airtime to twist...gud luk :)
When The Opponent comes with a right punch. Dock the attack by leaning at the left and twisting you r waist to the right. Let your right foot rest infr o9nt of your foe and forcefully push him to the dir ection of his power to make him out of balance. Fin ish him with a stamping kick either on his groin, T hroat, solarplexus or on his forhead.
Lately I have been attempting aerials. Unfortu nately, every time I try, I get near the end of the t rick, but I put my hands down. It's not that I'm sca red of falling, it's just that my hands naturally fall down. I'm not about to tie my hands behind my b ack. Could you give me a tip to help with my problem ?
before u do this u have 2 be able 2 do a really go but ter fly kick. u start with hopping ur front knee up 2 ur chest, plant that leg (still bent) sping it up throw ur back leg up over ur head till it it is all the way around then land with that leg. also use ur arms for momentum
Although most people learn the aerial twist as a butterfly twist that you turn vertically this is just to get used to twisting to know how to twist wi thout sending the move straight down. After you l earn this trick as a butterfly twist that carries over like and aerial, try starting it from either an aerial set up or off a cartwheel it's tough to do but it looks a lot cleaner as it looks like a an aeri al with a twist in rather than a slanted butterfly .
