This isnt a jumping roundhouse...the armada is like a spinning hook kick with the toes pointed upwards, hence the jumping armada is like a jumping hook kick with the toes pointed upwards
I realy want to know how to do a back flip. I have been practicing doing a back flip off into to my pond. but i always land on my f******g knees and i am getting mad. I am a martial artists and i would like to learn. I am very athletic, I can do tha splits, I can kick very high. But please i realy want to learn how to do a back flip.
I am getting real mad. Because people always put me down because they think I cant do tricks becaus e I am 30. Sorry guys but its really frustrating wh en people put u down.
How do others feel about this ? i want to make my own movie but people just la ugh and callme an idiot.
I can do armada too, but I'm not sure I would say it s the easiest kick in anyones database....Armad a is like a piked tornado kick.
