this move i learned accidentally while fooling around with windmills. theres 2 ways to do them the straight legged way or the spread legged way. i like the spread legged way because it lookes like a windmill. heres the straight way. sit up with your legs straight out in front of you like you were stretching to touch your toes. then fall to your left side and swing your feet up to a kip position. your butt should always be off the ground.then you kick verticle while you keep rollig to your shoulders. then your left hand is gonna push along with your right hand and shoulder. then ...land. the windmil way is to follow those directions with spread legs. keep the momentom going on both ways . now go do some sidewalk spins. and then go to the front handspring link and answer my question
the can opener is a new trick I invented by just me ssing around outside. heres hows is done. first s pin horizontial in the air 3 full spins. on the 3rd spin open your legs when your facing the sky. Face upward. then land in what ever leg u started with. its really not as hard as it sounds. but when done r ight it looks like a old fashion can oppener.
triple side kick the triple side kick is not that new but here is how i do this trick. run and then jum p in the are down doing a high side kick ten while in the air kick with top then ottom then top agian and then land. i usally kick with my stongete leg firs t.
ok this one you must try its so fun. do a kippup and go into a forward roll then push of with ur hands. d ont do a forward roll do the movement then push off with ur hands and then land on ur feet then jump bac k into another kippup and land on ur feet. when don e fast it's "so sweet".
i think dat dis move is useles in real combat cuz u land wit yo bacc to yo oponent! but u can do the uncomplete version of dat move without a 180 "spin" so u will get up on your feet with style and facin tha oponent (my favorite much beta dan kip up)
