Out of a set-up move ( a roundoff or a back handspring), "set" the layout by lifting arms high over head and pulling toes up for the body to be in a tight hollow-body position. Remember, this move is a layout first, with twist added in. There are several ways to initiate the twist. My preferance is to pull the elbow on the arm of the direction I wish to twist (in my case, the left elbow) behind my back while wraping my other arm across/around my forehead as I look hard back over my left shoulder. You must have good height on a full twisting layout before attempting this trick. Stay TIGHT-TIGHT-TIGHT until you've completed two full rotations of twist. Keeping a clock in mind, you should twist your layout between 10 and 2. Be sure to spot the ground as you twist and never close your eyes! It is very important to know where you are in the air to achieve a safe landing.
what you need to learn first: you should first learn the back flip with 180 twist or the back flip with a 360 twist. if you dont know how to backflip. learn. their easier than front flips.
How do you tuck to me that seems so hard because i can already do my backflip and i almost have my backtuck down but i just don't get it? Will you explain it to me.
Dont know if anyone cares but i do standing double fulls. its the craziest thing ive ever done, but its not hard at all. just make sure you have a really good standing full first. if you have a double full regular, its the same concept. Just from a standing tuck. theres really nothing to explain because you do a double full w/ a standing tuck. i will have video updated on my website soon, i'll keep ya posted.
were should you practise a back flip is a trampol ine good. and imagine you are at a high drop off is i t easier to face with your back to the drop of and ba ckflip down or easier to run up and backflip facin g the drop off
Well first of all I must say that the some of the ti ps on here are nothing but bs... but hey! I just lea rned how to do my double full I thought it was going to be hard and scary but it really isnt! fist of all you should be able to have a straight lay out! to ev en think of going for a full because if you don't .. . trust me I've seen my friends at the gym try twist ing without knowing how to do a correct layout and all I can say there face isn't the same any more.. S o anywho... yeah after you lay out all you have to d o is SET!! for a layout and pull to either side wich ever feels comfortable to you.. so you also need S PEED out of you round SET!! don't forget to set for you layout the PULL!!! and hopefully if you have e nought speed and you set you will land a perfect do uble twising lay out...

A double full is all about speed and tightness. Y our ro bhs should be as fast as you can possibly mak e it and your set in your double should be hard and s trong. When you come out of you bhs your toes shoul d hit the ground quickly and then "flick" towards your body. At the same time you pull the arm that is opposite to the direction your spining (your lef t arm if you spin right and your right arm if you spi n left) across your body resting it tightly again st your ribs. The other arm you rest against the si de of your body keeping a tight body position. Aft er two twist have been completed prepare youself for the landing. Spot the ground and pull you legs under you so that you land with your body in an upri ght position.
ok, u will only get these down if u first can back s omerseault with ease then, learn full twistin g backs. when you have these down, try to isolate t he twisting rotation and speed it up. try to only s peed this rotation up, or u will overflip and land on ur back. i did this yesterday. it hurt like hell .
You obviously need to try this from a round off or a r.o. backhandspring. A beginner trying this st anding is suicide. Set in as if you are going to pul l of a backhandspring, but when you get parallel t o the ground, swing your arms in the direction mos t comfortable for you to spin. When the first spin is complete and you see the sky again, snap your le gs up and pull yourself vertical. then complete a nother spin and snap your legs to the ground. TIP: attempt this on a tumble track or trampoline firs t.
The best advice that i can give somebody for doin g a backflip is "just do it" I have just learned to r un and backflip off a wall like one the matrix and i just tried it and it worked out Can anybody help me with a full twist back sumi
i dont no if anybody gives a shit but i can triple f ull off a standing layout. i trampoline, so my lay out and double, triple and quad fulls are pretty d ecent, as is my miller. basically the tighter sha pe you are, the faster you will spin. take off and s et, pulling your arms into your sides as you reall y push yourself to twist over one shoulder. lock y our arms and legs completely straight whilst in t he air. soon fulls will seem boring and slow!
