  1. A butterfly twist, except you twist in an au batido motion landing [K-swipe]

  19. This move can become combat effective if you can get the basics down, but it's just as fun either way. You start off going into a handstand then twist your body around 180 and come back to your feet. You should be facing the oppisite from where you started. If you can get comfortable enough with the twist, go ahead and do it while you're coming down into the hand stand. To become useful in combat what you do is bring your knees close to your body in the hand stand and launch them into the opponet's chin or upper body at the same time doing the 180 turn around and then come back up to face the opponet. Pretty effective in breaking boards if anyone wants to test the performance to see if your doing the kick right. [Soul_Dragon_Child]

  22. Used to change direction quickly and efficently to confuse someone chasing close behind you. Run straight at a wall the place your right foot into the wall about a metre from ground level, then simple use the momentum from the solid wall underfoot to spin to your right once youve jumped into the air and make a full turn to your left as you fall back to the ground. The higher this is dont the cooler it looks, and if your opponent is very close halfway through the spin you can slap them in the head or something, also can be performed off opponents chests if they are tensed enough.   28. Starting out like a doubleleg, you do the run up (optional) and swing your arms as if jumping into a doubleleg. When you take off, you turn as if doing a mix between a bio, and a backflip so you are going backwards at a 45 degree angle, instead of straight back as in a normal backflip.   50. this is more like a counter than a trick, but nonetheless, works. this techinque of mine is a counter I use when attacked with punches that target the midsection or head region. let's say that a punch is thrown at your face. first, you want to "match" your opponent's attack. so if they strike with their left arm, counter with your right and vise versa. now, here's how you want to counter.
    1. this is most effective if you have your elbow bent and your arm in an l-shape. your arm should be horizontal and your palm should be parallel to the ground.
    2. now take your arm and twist at the shoulder to swing the l-shape from a horizontal form to a vertical form. if done correctly, the area between the top-side your wrist and forarm should hit the attackers wrist, making their punch glide by.
    3. now that you have interupted their attack, you can now chain this to either a grab (later linked to a knee or heel kick), or an under arm grab (later linked to a headbutt or punch to the face).
    the grab: for those of you who wonder about the grab; allow me to explain. when you interupt their attack, lower your defending arm but keep it in an l-shape. Then right away, reach up and grab your attacker's wrist (pressure points can be used for added success). now, pull the attacker toward you and give them a sharp knee to the side, or if you can, the stomach. if you are able, push your attacker down to the ground after the knee (keep hold of those wrists!!!!) and deliver a sharp kick to the head region (aim for the chin) with your heel. good job, thats all there is for the grab.
    the underarm grab: this is a somewhat tricky, but often highly rewarding counter. as soon as you deflect your attackers blows, move the arm you used to make the l-shape over the attacker's attacking arm and twirl his arm under your armpit. this will render that arm useless until you let go. if he decides to attack with the other arm, do the same. now that you have both arms immoblized, give a series of strong headbutts to the unprotected face. if only one punch is thrown by your attacker, knee their stomach or aim your punches at the face, or beter yet, try and do both and mix up your attacks. this should be of very good use in any attack situation. good luck.

  58. alright this is very easy but really hard. first you must have insane vertical, get a good step in, jump up and do a roundhouse with your left foot, to keep up momentum use your right foot ( leg ) and kick in the same direction twisting yourself around, and when you come back around use whichever leg your comfortable with to kick ( from about head hieght )down...only for really flexible and fearless people.. overtwists hurt like hell [Zero]

Once you are facing forward, spinout out of the flat-spin and do a 360 wheel kick before you land on the ground! Note: this move is a hybrid of a corkscrew/illusion twist/butterfly kick, and you need mad hops and crazy hangtime... having just one of these qualities isn't enough, cause speed WILL make you crash!!!   85. 1.Oh man, the double leg. This move is damn awesome! Not only is it impressive alone, it's useful. Jump over trash cans, fences, people, furniture, and all sorts of other stuff! It's also really fun to do. It's one of the few tricks I feel has a lot of power in it. You can really just torque yourself up hard, and it feels so good. I will be doing this move jumping on my left side
    2.There are a few ways you can start the move. Full out sprint (not often, usually low anyway), standing, swing step, and the hop step. I learned it using a swing step, which is not near as useful and sometimes more difficult. The hop step is a lot more fun and more useful anyway, as you can run up to something and jump over it. Oh yeah, back to the tutorial! I'm starting a slight jog step here.
    3.Take a few steps and let the last one be a gallop. Keep your arms at your sides and have them in a comfortable spot that aids your balance.
    4.First foot plants, but it's going to come back up in a second as my other leg catches up. Notice my arms in this slide. One is reaching back and slightly upwards as I prepare to dig for a nice punch take off.
    5.Ah ha! Notice both feet are up near the ground, this is a characteristic of the hop step takeoff. Both legs are bent and ready to just totally drill into the ground as my upper body prepares the most important motion of the trick.
    6.After you have dug deep and are currently pushing off the ground you're going to let your arms go. You slightly coiled them up and now it's time to completely rip them through. It's slightly like a 540 arm motion except it's modified slightly by the differing upper torso motion. When you do a simple spin kick your torso turns from one side and around staying vertical. In a double leg you're turning your torso from facing the ground, to the sky. It will become horizontal at the pinnacle of the move.
    7.Raise your arms up hard using the momentum you gained from keeping them coiled, and thrust them upwards together using your back and shoulders to turn yourself around. Now, really pay attention to my upper body arm and torso motion in this slide and the next few
    8.As you can tell my legs have straightened out. It's best to keep your legs together on this move and straight, it'll look sweeter. You don't have to keep your legs completely together though, as that tends to look pretty dorky sometimes. I prefer to keep mine this much apart the entire move, it's just more relaxed and happy looking. Also when you're taking off don't lean forward. Some people will make the mistake of visually picturing, and attempting this move as a 360 crescent with both legs together, which is totally wrong and they need punched in the face. By the way, my ass feels wonderful.. uhh? =]
    9.You're going to want to twist your torso with your chest, following the path your arms have set for yourself. Many people ask how they should go about keeping their legs straight during this trick. That isn't hard to do if you use your upper body right and jump off as hard as you can. Most people keep their legs bent when they haven't maximized their upper body torque or haven't jumped off with full commitment. It just takes practice and commitment to get the move clean, but hey.. Let's talk about that shit later... Check out the current slide. Notice my upper body is leading the way for my legs. It's the major TORQUE motion, and the most important part of the move. You want to stall bringing the legs up, otherwise your jump won't be maximized. Your upper body PULLS your legs, your legs don't bring themselve's around on their onw.
    10.Once again let's talk about that torso motion. Ground to sky! Say it with pride! The arms have helped lead the shoulders in the right path and turn my body facing nearly completely upwards thanks to the efforts of my torque. My legs are pretty much on their way if you did a slight punch jump they'll come around on their own. Now note one extra thing : Go up - Lean Back - Legs go around body - Land // Basically whatever place you go up your body will stay put as your legs go around. Watch a video and remember that, it's "VERY" important. K? One more time? The body goes up and stays in the same spot as the legs go around! Okay Now you got it heheh.. :)
    11.As you can probably tell from watching my arms up to this point you'll notice from the previous clip and this one they pretty much stopped as my legs are coming around. My legs are now going to turn the rest of my body around. So a bit of a recap > Jump // Upper body torques lower body through // Lower body will pull upper body back in place to land! And we all live happily ever after! Or so we think... WAFFLES SPELLED BACKWARDS IS SELFFAW!
