exactly what it sounds like. a kick to the front making contact with the heel. different from a front kick in that the movement is more of a push than a snap.
This is certainly a power kick designed to both "push" your opponent away, as well as knock the wind from them as well, particularly if directed towards the midsection (above navel and below sternum).
i can almost do a back walkover but i can't kick my legs high enough to kick over. and i can't put one l eg in front and do it that way either. can you give m e some tips?

I think all of you are just scared, push yourself into doing things.. If you get hurt, then get fixe d up and get some lessons. If you stop, you are just hurting yourself by not achieving.
