workin on it, as i have been doing a "wimp" version of it for a year now. I run a couple steps, then fling my arms/torso back and twist 180 into a forward-running back handspring, then kick out of it, another 180, back to standing facing where i was when i started. eliminate the hands altogether and boom. I almost got it . . . and yes, try this with LOTS of padding, as you will smack face/chest off the ground learning . . .
ok this is the quickest way to do one go in a big roo m get a matress from your bed and do back handsprin g on it then when u master it do it on the ground
