First off, you must get the normal Au Batido down before even trying this move. Once you got the au batido down perfect, as in you can pull it off anytime you want too *given that a bone isnt broken* and that its very clean, to wear the leg is basically right by your head when it reaches its full stretch. After that work on getting a elbow au batido. but just dont think straight off elbow, place your fist down and then go to your forearm, then push on your elbow, all while your doing the au batido. The thing here is not to just fling it over, or else you are going to eat it hard and prolly scrape up your elbow. The thing is to control yourself and let it come over relaxed. after your leg has reached its full stretch out, then push back up on your fist to help push you up to stand back on your feet. After getting an elbow au batido, then you can work on getting a double since the elbow au batido helped you work on control and relaxing your one leg over when your weight is on a smaller base. Now to do a double au batido, go in it almost like a regular one, but look up and try to point your chest up as much as you can, and your legs should come up over you just a bit before you prolly loose balance. Now figure out how to adjust your arm so you can get better balance and keep on trying, it took me over 4 months just to get a double au batido, not on its own but slowly working my way up to it, and just a week ago I got a double au batido on my elbow.
