1. Do a parafuso followed by a butterfly twist. It's Like a 720 butterfly twist with the first rotation being kicks, which come out of the parafuso.
   
   *Parafusos need moderate power to do, but to do a Dragontwist you would have to double the power. Well of course, 2 times the power for two rotations.
   
   *So far as I have seen, I haven't heard of anyone to pull it off. SO I sort of created it recently and I'm trying to perfect it. And trust me, it's alot more difficult than it sounds! [Jonathan]
