stand with one leg out in front, then reack back like you are going into a back bend. Right befor your hands touch the floor kick the leg that is out in front the other leg will fallow.

umm...basically, the above comments aren't too bad, but aren't referring to the skill. For this skill to happen, just do a backhandspring and split your legs apart. If you have a regular backhandspring, this is probably easy as hell for you.
put one leg out in front, then reach back like you are going into a back bend. don't jump into it like backhaand spring Right befor your hands touch the floor kick the leg that is out in front over keep your hand straight or you wont be able to suport your self then the leg thats lef will fallow
Backwalkover are harder than backhandsprings cause you don't jump into them but they look nice when you get them right Balkwalkovers r a signature move for girls guys usaully stick with back hand springs
Um, isn't this move just a back handspring step out or just a normal back walkover? In a back walkover your legs are supposed to split a bit, it is a 'walk-over' after all. A back handspring step out is a back handspring until you reach the handstand position and then you just bring one leg down before the other. I guess if your really really advanced you could try bringing one leg apart really early, but that's definitely for someone who can do a step out perfect before attempting that.
Ok, here's my case, i can't do any of these moves and don't know what any of them are. Could someone please email me and tell me some of the easiest moves, what they look like, and how to do them. I'd really appreciate it. (email at hoofbeat1@animail.net)

First, you should know what side is your more dominant side because that determines your leading leg. 1.Start by putting all of your weight on your non dominent foot. Your other foot should be extended out in front and pointed.(For begginers keep that foot on the ground for stability. Once you have mastered the skill you can hold your foot parrallel to the ground as that is how the skill is properly done.) Both feet should point forward. 2.Keep your hands straight up by your ears they should stay there the whole time. As you start to let yourself fall back drop your head back keeping your hands close to your ears. 3.As soon as your going back you leading leg should be lifting also as your hands hit the ground push off from the ground with your other leg, keep your legs split as wide as you can. 4.Keep driving your first leg over until it touches the ground, bring your chest up as you bring your last leg down keep your arms up to your ears and end in a lunge. Tips: ALWAYS streach before doing ANY gymnastics, work back flexibility with back bridges, work your splits. Have fun. -16 yr. old gymnast
