I just need 1-3 inches added onto my jump for me to have this move. I'm barely trying to get spin; It just comes naturally the way I trying it. I also can't even do a regular gainer.
start off standing stright up with your arms loc ked at your side. squat as if you are siting in a cha ir. jump and bend back ( keeping your arms locked t he whole time)land on your hands and (snap your fe et down). to improve your back hand spring work on your upper arm strinth and jumping.
