hows this for a move: run as fast as you can jump kinda like a superman but try to try to kick your feet over your head like a front layout I've acually landed this but do it wrong and you do a full speed faceplant
Uhh a headslide is used to enter the circle of a breaking battle or just entering the circle. its just a spicey way of saying now u got some competeion
i dunno ive got a combo with a headglide...its not like all routines are done in straight up spinning motions. i headglide out, as im about to stop i throw my legs under me, roll back into eclipeses, and ive got more to it. but theres all types of shit you can do with em in routines. take orb for instance, he does that kind of beat freezing on his head and slide side from side as he does it.
