I was wondering could you send me some stretches i could do to make my jumps go higher? Because if i get the height i need i know i will be able to do my jumps great..thanx

to get good jumps, buy weights that wrap along your arms or legs, put them around yourankles and jump rope. After a few minutes you will be suprised howlight and floaty you feel when you take them off.After a month of doing this everyday you should gain at least 5 inches in yourjump

plymometrics is were the height lies, but for al l those who want to do super kicks, first master th e easy ones first. jump kicks take years of practi se to perfect, so strenth traing shoud combine wi th your martial arts.

This is a VERY difficult move. Bend your knees an d use your feet to spring in the direction that you want to go. The landing is what makes a jump diffic ult and dangerous. While in the air, look down at t he ground and spot your landing. If not done perfe ctly, you will end up falling down and breaking yo ur kneck. It is also possible to snap your spine in two. Remember to use your feet, or you may experie nce some momementary discomfort. It took me thre e months to get this move down.
