Imagine there is a parrot sitting on your left shoulder and you have to kick it in the head with your right foot, or that you have to kick a football really far and upwards. Anyway, just do that really hard (so that the momentum of your right foot throws you over backwards in the air), and throw a full twist in before you land (which is not as hard as it sounds as long as you twist in the right direction!) The twist is done straight, and not tucked, which makes it a bit more difficult. Don't worry about the twist though or it will stop you getting any height. If you don't do the twist properly then all that happens is you land facing the wrong way. If you don't get the height, then you land twisting on your head and it hurts! (I know!!!) [Dean]

i am a shaolin monk i have been training for 9 hour s 6 days a week for 7 years,i started at the age of 4, i live in china,i am an amazing martial artist, i c an do all those moves that i read so easily, you guy s are just wimps, im even inside a movie called ''t he shaolin temple'' i'll take you on any day, br ing it on suckers!
The "kick the moon" is actually a translation of the name from the same move in Capoeira, a Brazili an Martial Art. So quit talking shit, pay your res pects to where your moves are coming from, and go l earn new moves by studying martial arts and gymna stics!

Tricking comes easier to some people than other s, and for me its pretty hard. Ive been trying to ge t over the fear of an aerial for like, a month or two , and yes, go ahead and say it, cuZ i say it all the ti me: I suck. Who cares? its FUN. That, and you can sh ow off in front of all the people who cant(and real ly hot girls, can't leaev that out ;-p) So Shoalin boy, get a life, and that doesnt mean go out and ste al someones identity. Learn to trick wussie.
