First, you do a front Kip Up (Not the backflip kind.) You do the Kip Up so hard that your legs swing in back of you (without touching the ground) and you get into push up position. (Jet Li does this in Romeo Must Die and in many other movies.) Before you get into push up position, push off the ground by doing a Front Handspring. (optional) Before you go over in the handspring, you back straighten your back and fall on your back. That's the "omega bomb" (I dunno why they call it that, the guys name who invented it was "BBoy Omega.") Even though you might not be able to do it, this move is broken up into different moves. Sorry to say it but this move is actually impossible! Although i did hear once that on dark nights when the moon's low, b-boys can pull it off. Bit 'till i see it for real im sure this is a load of crap. Sorry Omega.
yeah, this is what I was saying. its not a front flip at all.
you kip-up really powerfully into the air, and turn a full 360 before landing on your feet. you don't land with your hands mid-way.
bboy omega said that the way he learnt it was when he was practicing kipping-up into the air trying to get higher and higher for a very long time. eventually realized he could land in push up (as described) and gradually tried to take it further and further.
An Omega Bomb is not a 360 kip up otherwise you'd land on your back again! Here's what it really is: A very powerful kip up but instead of landing on your feet(a la regular kip-up), you 'skip'(miss) them and keep on rotating 'till you catch yourself on your hands. From this position you can do a front handspring, 1990 or whatever etc. Although i reckon this move is impossible, a kip up missing your feet, than your hands then landing on your feet again most definitely is!!!!
I think this move is possible. I have not yet attempted it but if you were to hook and explode backwards with your legs after the kip up, it sounds plausable.
yo, what if you attempt a front handspring first and skip the part where you land on your feet. Do a front handspring and land on your hands. Just think that should be a lot easier than from a kip up.
yo omega bomb has been pulled off in a lot of places... you guys are just rural and not down with the city underground... im korean and i took wushu and i can do omega bomb.. my friends can omega bomb and this shit's hard like getting laid.. its real hard
Well hey, I mean, sometimes people can push the limits, how do you think people came up with butterfly twists!? I mean, that was probably an accident, then everntually they started to do it more and more and mastered it. Alot of inventions are accidents, so maybe the omega bomb was an accident, and now that person can do it properly... people wouldn't name something they can't do I don't think... Just putting my spin on things.

well i think its or mayb its something similar watch dragons forever from jackie chan , yuen biao and sammo hung yuen biao does it at the final fight scene he kips up and then fall on his knees something like that mayb its that or its something similar, but well i think if someone can do that one , pull a little more wont b a lot of problem its just a matter of practice

This move is called the Omega Bomb, I named after myself because I invented it. It is a hybrid between a kip-up, front flip, and suicide. (this move requires a lot of upper body strength and can be pretty dangerous if you don't push-off hard enough) so make sure you can do a kip up no prob and knowing how to do a front hand spring is a bonus.
step 1) practice doing kip-ups . Trying each time to push yourself past your feet (so your feet don't hit the floor)so that you land in a pushup position.
step 2) keep practicing this until you can do it every time.each time trying to put more and more weight on your hands. and trying to keep your feet from hitting the ground.
step 3) ok now that you can do this you should start doing kip-ups to your hands, so that you can end them in a handstand. note:(at this point you can push off with your left hand and go into a 1990, 2000, etc......)
step 4) from here you should then push off with both hands and land with your feet about shoulder width apart in a crab position.continue to practice these steps in rapid succession until you have in down stone cold!!!
step 5) this is where it gets crazy!! from the kip-up(step1) your going to push off as hard as you can so that you spring off your hands(past your feet ) on to your hands again (handstand) then push off again landing flat on your back in a suicide.
step 6) If you keep practicing you can learn to "skip" your hands (handstand) and land in a suicide from a kip-up. if you gotz any questions post em and I'll answer them.

Watch some of Lei's movies , he does it!!! I personally can only land in a pushup Position, but I am working on landing in a handstand. If you have been doing Kipups for a while then you know that you can only go so hi. The key to this move is to not go as high as you can go, it is to spin as fast as you can. When you do it you want to tuck into a ball so you spin fast. And when you do get around you should almost land in a baby freeze.
This move is possible... I can't do it (yet!) but it definitely sounds possible. The hardest bit seems to be kipping up on to your hands... from there adding a hand spring shouldn't be too difficult.

Hey all this is BBOY OMEGA. I created this move more than 10 years ago and submitted it to breakdance.com which was still compiling moves lists and definitions. First, this move can be done. I have done it myself, and taught it to others. Second, the true form of the move as it was intended, is to perform a kip up, perform ONE FULL ROTATION in the air, and land on your back in a suicide. To practice you should learn to go from kip up to plancha, and then from kip up to handstand. I think this is where some of the confusion has come from. Unless you complete a full rotation in the air and land on your back you have not done it correctly. This is not easy, this is not a pure power move either. The key to achieving the spin you need is to NOT tuck your legs into your chest, the further you can spread your legs the better. Don't get me wrong though, you need to be skinny, and have a lot of arm strength, or you will land on your head.
