If you can do a split, try this: Get a pile of books, one of your feet on the books then extend your legs to a split. it'll give you a good stretch! But you must remember to DO IT IN YOUR OWN PACE!!!!!
4 Amire a good stretch 2-do is sit with 1 leg behind you bent so that the heel touches your butt.The other should be straight then lower your chest to your knee.Then switch,it sreetches pretty much the whole leg.Hope I was of some help!!!:~)
I meant "bend" instead of bent.The heel thing it should be pointing up while touching your butt.Please do it slow because I don't want to be responsible for your torn or pulled muscles.Oh!! rest your foot on your toes for the heel behind you
...An easy way is to first do a regular 180 split then grab your back leg and bend it to stretch your hamstring..this hurts very much but it's an isometric stretch..quick results..no harm done
