Ok, this is for experts only. Don't try unless you can easily pull off a barani. You start with a gainer setup, and go through with pulling your leg up, but you start to twist. By the time you are facing the opposite direction, you have to tuck forward hard and keep twisting sideways. If you just go through with that and brace your legs, you will land if you have the skill.
