| the kick is really easy to do.first you have to be in your fighting stance(one leg has to be infront while the other one behind,the kicking leg has to be behind).secondly do a rounhouse kick with the kicking leg,after kicking, place the leg infron t and lift the behind leg at 90 degress and turn ant i-clockwise if you are kicking with the right leg and the other way if you are kicking with the left l eg.when turning with the behind leg up at 90 degre es, kick with the other leg.after kicking place t he leg infront lift the behind leg at 90 degress an d turn and kick again .you can do this as many times as you like.you have to do this kick very fast |
