this is just made up soo bare with me its just like a front tuck with just a 180 twist at the end almost like a barani but tucked instead of layout u probably already have a name for it we just like to call it that soo first what u do is have total control of your tuck soo u dont lose ur spot then when ur in the middle u kind of try to look back but twist at the same time u might have to try it on a mat or a trampoline first soo u can get the feel of it and not come out too early or too late soo just get the feel of basically twisting out of it first then u can start to twist earlier and make it look nicer u can either do this in tuck or pike pike is hard unless u have a good forward punch but its basically the same pike front flip first then twist out. thanks for reading this soo i hope i helped

well, i first found this website when i started s eartching for tips on my handstands... and belie ve me... it worked out so well... now, i can balanc e my handstands for about 5-7 seconds. unlike bef ore, i cant do handstands withyout a wall....
