Run for the wall and which ever leg you flip off of, you don't really have to put much of a twist in it by the hips and its done. you have to know how to do the aerial first before you try it. Many flips can come from this using the hips.
i've done this move, treat it like a cartwheel at first, using ur hands as you kick off the wall/tree or whatever ur flipping off of. Then once you feel the drive over ur body, try it witout hands, it could feel the same as a normal ariel. Peace
It might help if you practice your wall run, and j ust before you get to the aerial part, lean TO THE F LOOR and KICK OFF. Otherwise, without the lean yo u will: bounce off the wall and look gay. withou t the kick off: you will fall on your head, and need an ambulance, on top of looking gay.
So run SI DEWAYS WITH THE WALL, RUN ALONG THE WALL, FLIP OFF THE WALL.
